At Robinson's Catering, we will provide you with a high quality service, we always welcome and appreciate your comments and feedback. To ensure we keep our quality standards we have a few house rules:
We would require orders by 3.00pm the day before to ensure we can satisfy your requirements. From time to time we will have to replace out of stock items, however, we will do best to prevent this but we do apologise if this occurs.
For orders cancelled upto a week before, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged and orders cancelled on the day, we will require 100% of the total invoice cost.
All non food items that are delivered, are required to be kept for collection ie trays, lids bowls and baskets. Any items that have been discarded will be charged to you.
Any complaints should be made within the same working day of delivery and we will provide you with a response within 24 hours.
All invoices are to paid within the agreed terms when you booked, failure to comply will result in a late payment fee of £40.00.
