In early August, we were contacted by a new client who found us through a Google search of ‘caterers in Birmingham’.
The brief; 600 overnight oat pots delivered over two consecutive mornings, following a specific recipe and using particular ingredients, to be delivered to the NEC for a date in late September.
Our experienced catering team came together to form an efficient production line; pouring, chopping, mixing, piping, ladling, chilling and decorating all 600 pots; 300 freshly prepared each day. Every pot was sealed, labelled and finished with the client’s own branding before being carefully packed into crates ready for the 7am dispatch to the NEC.
